Terms of service & Conditions.

Terms of Service: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Jelani and the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing and signed by all parties involved.

Payment & Pricing: All costs are as stated at the time of booking & will remain once booking is confirmed. Full payment will need to be paid to secure all bookings.  Upon payment, Jelani will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, if for any reason the client would like to make any changes to the date & time of their shoot, this must be done up to 48 hours prior the slot.  Please note that the prices are based on shooting in London. If the client would like to shoot outside of London, there will be an additional cost to cover travel expenses.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Upon payment, Jelani will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, if for any reason the client would like to make any changes to the date & time of their shoot, this must be done up to 48 hours prior the slot. We understand that clients occasionally need to cancel their bookings. Should you need to, we ask for you to consider rescheduling to an alternative date. Any cancellations or no-shows may still be charged up to 100% of their booking.

Late Policy: We understand that situations may crop up causing lateness, however in order to respect the time of both the photographer and other clients, we ask the client to arrive on time for their booking. Jelani operates a 10 minute period of discretion from the allocated booking time. For anything after this, we cannot guarantee that we can honour the full shooting slot. The client will still be charged 100% of their booking if they’re any longer than 10 minutes late. If you know you are running late, please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; SIRJAYALLEN Ltd has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Photographer is not responsible for existing backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photography coverage. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. Please note, the photographer will do their best to satisfy their clients needs, however when booking SIRJAYALLEN Ltd the client is agreeing to receive the photographer’s artistic/creative style.

Consistent Packages: SIRJAYALLEN Ltd releases a limited amount of discounted packages each month (Monthly Consistent Package and 2 Weeks Consistent Package). All hours must be used within 2 weeks or 1 month of your first shoot (depending on package selection). It is the client’s responsibility to manage their package and associated expiry date. Staff are not obliged to inform clients of their package use information but will be happy to do so upon request. Due to the limited availability of these packages and the reduced costs of the hourly rates, SIRJAYALLEN Ltd will not be able to provide refunds for any unused hours due to the loss of other bookings. If you are unsure that you will be able to complete your hours, please inform SIRJAYALLEN Ltd as soon as you can so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Copyright: The Photographer owns the copyright to all images created during the Session and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer maintains the right to make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer’s portfolio, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s studio. This is supported by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Receiving Images: After the shoot, please allow up to 48 hours to receive the unedited images from the shoot. For edited images, please allow up to 7 days from making your selection to receive the edit photographs.
